The coding region has been updated to extend the N-terminus to one that is more supported by available transcript and conservation data. There are no full-length mRNAs containing the extended 5' end, but this is supported by overlapping transcripts, including AK131371.1, DA800082.1 and DA093958.1, and by homologous ESTs in mouse (BE953532.1, AA764357.1 and BX523397.1).
