Located in cell surface and extracellular region. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; early conceptus; embryo ectoderm; and genitourinary system. Used to study breast cancer. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in osteogenesis imperfecta type 15 and osteoporosis. Orthologous to human WNT1 (Wnt family member 1).
