Hypoplastic lateral crus causing alar retraction and underprojected nasal tip: correction with multiple grafts

Abstract

A case of severe alar retraction and underprojected nasal tip due to hypoplastic lateral crura was successfully treated using a columellar strut graft, lateral crus replacement graft, and lateral crus caudalization graft and Medpor implant.
