General Comment
2011-01-17 5-Oxo-ETE is apotent stimulator of chemotaxis for eosinophils and neutrophils that mediate its action via a putative G protein coupled receptor (GPCR). The receptor is highly expressed on eosinophils and neutrophils, suggesting a key role in the inflammatory response.
