Title The single cell transcriptional landscape of a mouse model of lung cancer metastasis
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Transcriptionally profiling of single cells isolated from progressive stages of metastatic outbreak in a mouse model of lung cancer metastasis.

Overall design Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on 6 spontaneous and 6 NK cell-depleted metastasis; spontaneous lesions include disseminated tumor cells isolated from BLI-negative organs, incipient lesions, and macrometastatic outbreaks.
