Title Single-cell RNA sequencing of Harpegnathos saltator brains

Summary We used 10x Genomics and Drop-seq single-cell RNA-seq to identify the cell type composition of the Harpegnathos brain and study how it changes during the process of adult caste transition (from worker to pseudo-queen), aging, and brain injury.
 
Overall design Three experiments: caste transition (6 worker replicates, 5 gamergate replicates); aging (4 time points, ≥3 replicates each); injury (two time points, control and injury, ≥3 replicates each).
