Title |
Induction of an Interferon Response Program in EGFR Mutant Lung Cancer by Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors Positively Associates with Clinical Response |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to analyze rapid transcriptional responses induced by TKIs early in treatment that associate with the range of patient responses observed to oncogene specific inhibitors.
|
|
|
Overall design |
RNA-seq was used to define transcriptional changes that occur in response to EGFR TKI in human lung cancer cell lines PC9, H1650, HCC4006, and H1975 and human 8 matched lung tumor biopsies.
