Summary |
BM samples were collected from two adult healthy donors and two AA patients at the first hospital affiliated from Zhejiang Chinese University. Mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated using Ficoll-Hypaque gradient separation. CD34+ cells were purified from MNCs with the human anti-CD34 MicroBeads Isolation kit according to the manufactures specifications. Isolated cell was the purification of CD34+ cell. Then, MNCs mixed with CD34+ cells at 4:1 ratio and were analyzed by 10×Genomics.
