Design: High-molecular-weight genomic DNA of tissue samples of Masius chrysopterus was extracted with the Kingfisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit Protocol. Single tube-Long Fragment Read (stLFR) technology was used to construct the library for the samples. The resulting library underwent DNA Nanoball (DNB™) generation and DNBSEQ sequencing in 100+100+30 mode.
