SRX15767902: whole genome sequencing of Pseudopipra pipra
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-T7) run: 1G spots, 119.3G bases, 80.6Gb downloads

Design: High-molecular-weight genomic DNA of tissue samples of Pseudopipra pipra was extracted with the Kingfisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit Protocol. Single tube-Long Fragment Read (stLFR) technology was used to construct the library for the samples. The resulting library underwent DNA Nanoball (DNB™) generation and DNBSEQ sequencing in 100+100+30 mode.
