SRX15767900: whole genome sequencing of Cryptopipo holochlora
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-T7) run: 516.6M spots, 59.4G bases, 39.5Gb downloads

Design: High-molecular-weight genomic DNA of tissue samples of Cryptopipo holochlora was extracted with the Kingfisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit Protocol. Single tube-Long Fragment Read (stLFR) technology was used to construct the library for the samples. The resulting library underwent DNA Nanoball (DNB) generation and DNBSEQ sequencing in 100+100+30 mode.​
