Design: genomic DNA was extracted using the QIAGEN Genomic DNA extraction kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) according to the standard operating procedure provided by the manufacturer. The pair-end libraries with an average insert size of about 300 bp were prepared using VAHTSTM Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina V3 (Vazyme, ND607, Nanning, China)
