SRX22091087: Hic sequencing of Frankliniella intonsa: adult whole body pooled male and female
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 139.9M spots, 42G bases, 25.3Gb downloads

Design: Whole body of pooled male and femle adult insect was used for Hic library construction
Submitted by: Zhejiang Academy of Agriculture Sciences
Study: Frankliniella intonsa isolate:FiZJ1 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The flower thrips, Frankliniella intonsa (Trybom) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae), is a serious pest of crops, not only feeding on leaves, flowers and fruits, but also spreading a variety of plant viruses. Integrating wih Nanopore, Hic and Illunima genomic sequencing data, we fininshed a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly of F. intonsa. It will provid a fundamental resouces for studing on the genetics, biology and diversity of thrips.
