SRX332235: Illumina RNA-SEQ data for Spironucleus salmonicida genome project
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx) run: 19.6M spots, 3.9G bases, 2.2Gb downloads

Submitted by: Uppsala University
Study: Spironucleus salmonicida ATCC 50377 genome sequencing project
show Abstracthide Abstract
Spironucleus salmonicida is being developed as a model system to study the cell biology, virulence and evolution of diplomonads, a group of anaerobic diplokaryotic eukaryotes. This project will contribute to the understanding of the function and evolution of the eukaryotes in general. A whole genome sequence project using a combination of 454 and Solexa is being performed. The genome sequence will be assembled and annotated.
Sample: Spironucleus salmonicida ATCC50377
