Description: Results relative to a replication of Rolinski et al., 2016 (https://academic.oup.com/brain/article/139/8/2224/1753694) on an increased sample of participants in the Oxford Parkinson's Disease Centre (OPDC) Original study: n. PD = 48, n. RBD = 26, n. HC = 23 Replication study: n. PD = 103, n. RBD = 67, n. HC = 68 Results are similar to the original study (reduced basal ganglia network connectivity in both PD and RBD with respect to HC) although with smaller effect size.
