Definition

Lymphomatoid granulomatosis characterized by the presence of occasional large lymphoid cells or immunoblasts in a polymorphous background. Necrosis is more commonly seen as compared to grade I lymphomatoid granulomatosis. By in situ hybridization, EBV-positive cells are readily seen. [from NCI]
