Nasal glial heterotopia is a rare developmental abnormality presenting usually at birth or in early childhood (rarely in adulthood) as a benign, non-pulsatile mass that can lead to nasal obstruction, deformation of the septum and nasal bone, and respiratory distress if untreated.
